ROLE PURPOSE:
Our Store Cashier is primarily responsible for processing of cash and/or charge transactions and safekeeping of payments of customers in accordance with the set policies and procedures on Cashiering. She is also responsible for maintaining accurate and authentic records of all sales transactions to prevent possible losses and fraud transactions.
This role focuses on:
- Processing of cashiering transactions from customer payment, loose change funds, accountabilities, and end of day completion in compliance to Retail Operating Standards.
- Helping increase basket size by utilizing appropriate selling techniques and promoting store assisted digitally enabled services to customers
- Complying Brand of Service Standards, ensuring availability and proper merchandise display on the assigned area
- Implementing control measures on cost management
Success will depend on:
- Knowledge and ability to consistently implement service delivery standards and applicable processes on Retail Operating Standards
- Ability to implement in-store and digital sales initiatives program
- Ability to effectively follow policies and procedures to impact efficiency and profitability
- Ability to understand and comply with basic policy on ASW Data Security and Privacy, and be accountable for any non-compliance
- Ability to implement and complete learning and developmental plans and programs
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or 2-year course graduate, any field.
- No work experience required.
- Related work experience as Cashier and POS familiarity is advantage.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
· Must be willing to be assigned at Watsons branches located in Watsons Panabo City.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php443.00 - Php478.00 per day
