We are seeking a full-time highly organized "Rock Star" Executive Assistant who can work from home in the Philippines.

You will report directly to our CEO to be his “eyes and ears” by providing executive, administrative, implementation, project management support (in liaison with our existing project management team); and serve as a liaison between the CEO, company stakeholders, clients, and prospects. You will also support in-house and external parties with information regarding day-to-day and longer-term CEO projects and efforts; and you will organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations activities.SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in executive support and/or project management.
- You must demonstrate *** proven experience and success *** in executive support, including C-level executives.
- Experience with tools and platforms to support calendar management, communication, and overall organization and productivity is a must.
- Experience with Trello (or similar Kanban platforms) is a plus.
- Experience with ClickUp (or similar project management platforms) is a plus.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely strong organizational skills & keen attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging new technology to optimize results

- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence; and preparing for and supporting meetings with agenda creation, compiling documents, note-taking, and post-meeting follow-up efforts.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc…
- Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO with a broad range of people including clients, managers, team members, etc…
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.
- Support the CEO in his external commitments, including service on external boards, committees, and other groups.
- Research and recommend new processes, tools, and resources to continually enhance CEO’s communication, organization, and overall performance.
- Perform other related tasks as may be necessary.
