Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking a part time Marketplace Marketing Assistant to work virtually from the Philippines, in partnership with our marketing team which is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA. The Marketplace Marketing Assistant’s main role is to help maintain the catalog of products that we sell through Marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy and Notonthehighstreet.com.

Requirements: Amazon Virtual Assistant Experience. Must have experience in the following in Amazon Seller Central:
- Downloading and uploading Flat Files
- Creating Parent/Child Listing with Variations
- Optimizing and Monitoring Product Listings Managing
- Overall Account Health
- Creating Amazon seller support cases
- Updating Amazon EBC (Enhanced Brand Content)
- Updating Amazon Storefront
- Managing Inventory
- Updating Spreadsheets and Excel files
- Monitoring Seller Feedback/Reviews
- Researching for relevant keywords
Responsibilities:
- Create new product listings and update listings as needed in the Amazon Seller Central for US and UK.
- Flat file creation for Amazon listings. (Excel)
- Create new product listings and update listings as needed in the Etsy Marketplace platform for US and UK.
- Create new product listings and update listings as needed in the Notonthehighstreet.com platform UK.
Skill Set:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Very proficient in the use of Excel Strong grammar and spelling skills
- Proficient in the use of Photoshop to do photo re-sizing (when needed)
- Must be a self-driven multi-tasker who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Education: Amazon Seller Central Education/Training Certificate
Hours: approximately 10-15 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12pm-2pm Central Standard Time
Rate: $5.29 to $6.35 per hour
