Admin Asst


 

The Administrative Staff job is a support and service role in an office, requiring multitasking across a range of tasks from office administration, projects and sustaining tasks management, receipt and forwarding of communications, as well as cascading and/or dissemination of information, liaising, among other administrative works.

1. Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

2. Perform and/or cause the performance of general administrative tasks as follows:

  • Manage office communications
  • Cause the organization and scheduling of appointments; meetings and detailed minutes taking
  • Ensure efficient records management especially on confidential company documents
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations (Financial/administrative, especially on budget and expenses)
  • Draft, update, and maintain office policies and procedures, as needed
  • Manage office supplies stock and ordering
  • Administer company data bases
  • Handle petty cash; prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
  • Assist and provide general support to visitors; entertain client calls
  • Liaise with government and/or private agencies from time to time
  • Handle requests and queries from officers / co-workers
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events

3. Perform other duties as assigned to him by the Administration Manager from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration/Accountancy/Financial Management or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience as Administrative Staff or related job.

Required Skill(s): knowledge of Microsoft office and applications,

With Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork

Organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
