Admin Receptionist [Philippines]


 

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related courses
  • Required Skill(s): Ticketing, Reservations, Bookings
  • With at least 2-3 year related working experience in Admin and as Receptionist
  • Proficient in using MS Tools
  • Must know how to multi-task
  • Fresh graduate are welcome

Brief Description of the Job:

  • Keen on details, very organized and systematic
  • Assist local and expat clients
  • Active listening and good customer service orientation
  • Must be good at interpersonal skill and be dynamic, flexible, honest and patient.
  • Displays a positive attitude, even under pressure
  • Knowledgeable ticketing, tour operation, communication, or other tourism services
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Answering incoming phone calls and developed friendly rapport with callers while answering questions, making recommendations and leading conversations to bookings.
  • Informed clients of essential travel information, such as travels times, transportation connections, medical and visa requirements to facilitate quality service.
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.
  • Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office
  • Deliver documents to clients and pick up documents from clients.
  • File applications, request, raptorial requirements pleadings and all other legal documents of clients.
  • Pick up, purchase or assist with necessary supplies and equipment’s for clients.
  • Can do bank errands and utility payments.
  • Booking of meetings
  • Arranging couriers
  • Keeping the branch clean
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Prepare all the needed things for tour, such as book of hotel and airline ticket, and documents.
  • Amenable to work in Gil Puyat, Yupangco Building Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php18,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
