Job Description:

  • Deliver sales targets as set by the company.
  • Set sales targets for agents according to company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitoring of team performance.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures.
  • Dealing with major customer accounts.
  • Collects customer feedback and market research in addition to that Assistant Sales Director will coordinate with Regional Sales Director.
  • Keeping up to date with the productions of other competitors.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be located in Bacolod City.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Has an ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.
  • Good communication and excellent people skills.
  • With a background in real estate, direct selling, or pre-need institution.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel around Bacolod City from time to time.
  • Position is under Consultancy Employment Contract.

Work Location: Units A04 - A06 Ground Floor, Annex Building, Negros First Cyber Centre, Hernaez St., Bacolod City

Job Type: Fixed term

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
