Master processes related to ADP, Airtable, and carriers as to gathering information, extracting documents, and running reports.- Accurate data collation and entry for Benefits Spreadsheets in AirTable to ADP for Start and Term (On & Off Boarding employees) in a timely manner per outline process flow.
- Send and follow-up notices (Initial, Renewal, and Extension) for benefits elections then provide confirmation letters once completed.

Monitor benefits election at ADP and ensures activation coverage activation at carrier portal.- Request/generate and send insurance cards for employees
- Upload the Benefits Deductions and reconcile before Payroll process pay for the period.
- Terminate ends at ADP on schedule and send COBRA Packet (as needed).
- Send 401K Notice and EOI to employees (as needed)
- Coordinate with brokers (Lockton) and insurance carrier / representatives
- Assist/Complete monthly audits of insurance invoices assigned to staff. Process payments (online/manual) and coordinate with Account Payable.
- Monitors Benefits e-mail distribution and responds to inquiries within an hour of receipt. Use all readily available templates (modify as needed) and always provide top-quality service at all times.
- Take incoming calls and call back employees as needed for any benefits-related concerns.
- Coordinate/update FOS / Payroll Team with all pay & tax-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Escalate any clarifications, concerns, and training needed to direct supervisor/manager.
- Assist in assigned departmental projects from time to time.
