ROLE SUMMARY:
An HR Assistant performs a wide range of human resources functions. Their duties include monthly reports, background checking, HR Orientation to new hire and monitoring pre-employment requirements. HR Assistants also help to maintain vital employee records and ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development, Business Management, or similar courses (FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR Staff or related position
- Working knowledge of HR functions
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Boni, Mandaluyong City
JOB SUMMARY - MAIN AREA’S OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintain secured employee personnel files that reflect all relevant information regarding their employment
- Create and maintain a complete electronic HR filing system that provides information on employees and all relevant management material
- Provide assistance for new hires in processing TIN Application, Phil health, SSS and PAGIBIG
- Preparation of COEs and Clearances
- Daily posting of Birthday greetings via email and through the TMPI Official FB Messenger GC
- Submission of Monthly Reports (before COB of every Friday)
- Monitoring submission of PERs (pre-employment requirements) of all new hires and ensure full compliance.
- Conduct Background checking of new hires
- Respond/Provide inputs to Employee Verification requests (inputs must be submitted within 5days upon receipt of the email request)
- Conducting HR orientation to new hires (within a week after JO has been accepted)
- Prepare required DOLE reportorial requirements
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
