- Serves customers by selling and getting orders from Social Media Channels of But First, Coffee.
- Respond to inquiries via social media courteously and professionally.
- Maintain good relationship with the customers by attending to their needs.
- Understanding marketing promotions and offered discounts of the But First, Coffee and communicate with customers through social media channels.
- Assessing and attending to customer complaints.
- Ensuring that the orders are endorsed to the right branch and maintain professional relationship with branch employees such as but not limited to the OIC, Barista / rider.
- Preparing daily sales reports.
- Eagerly look for prospective customers and maximize every opportunity to sell.
