Duties and Responsibilities
The Administrative Officers will oversee and implement administrative procedures and operations related to team logistics and project execution, such as organizing and printing documents, scheduling, and general tasks.
● Receives and releases files and/or transmits confidential documents
● Compiles and collates files
● Maintains efficient filing system and conducts regular inventory of files
● Serves as a liaison for messengers and the administrative representatives of counterparties
● Assists with planning and scheduling meetings
● Supervising the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
● Helping improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
● Oversees that the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
● Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree
● Preferably with Administrative experience
● Highly organized and results-oriented
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
● Can communicate effectively with various stakeholders
● Can manage multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php28,000.00 per month
