HR interns work under the supervision of the HR manager to provide administrative support to the HR department. They post and remove job advertisements as needed, schedule and conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in BS Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- Knowledge of staffing and general HR policies and compliance
- Must be detail-oriented in paper screening resume
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
