Manpower Planning
- Process all manpower requisitions and endorse qualified candidates to Business unit Heads for further assessment.
- Prepares and administer Job Offers and employment contracts for project-based employees.
Employee Relations
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing and monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and recommend actions to be taken to address the employee’s concern.
- Prepare and issue Notices to those who violates the Code and administer necessary sanction in coordination with their immediate superior ensuring that due process is observe.
- Conduct investigation of alleged violations and provide necessary documentation requirement.
- Attends labor hearing and arbitration with DOLE or NLRC.
Training & Development
- Conceptualize and provide soft skills training.
- Co-facilitate in-house trainings conducted by the HR Manager.
- Provide logistics assistance when needed.
Employee Engagement
- Help the HR Manager conceptualize and execute employee engagement activities.
- Provide necessary assistance with logistics preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
