The Role
- Review and shortlist content creator applicants based on client parameters
- Manage tracking (including of product shipping) and provide reporting (# of outreachs, response rate)
- Manage internal and external creative assets
- Assign creative briefs
- Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed) - client to provide templates
- Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
- Escalating issues when appropriate re: contract negotiation / content creator deliverables
- QC content from creators
- Assistant in the creation of SOPs / process documentation as needed
The Requirements
- Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets - must have
- Experience with Gmail and Slack - must have
- Experience with Monday.com and frame.io (or similar tool) for project management - need to have
- Familiarity with TikTok for B2C advertising - nice to have
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Can work on the graveyard following the US Easter Time
