STORE SUPERVISOR – KYUKYU RAMEN
The Store Supervisor is in charge of supervising a KyuKyu Ramen 99 stor, to ensure smooth operational flow and that quality food and service are delivered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure standard quality of products and services are consistently delivered.
- Troubleshoot all operational problems.
- Ensure that facilities, equipment, appliances, utensils and all store related items are working and in good condition.
- Ensure that all food items are available.
- Monitor sales and on-time deposits.
- Coordinate between head office and stores.
- Report outlet status to upper management.
- Ensure complete line-up of crew members per store.
- Do scheduled and spot outlet report.
- Manage and motivate service crew members.
- Create objective and complete reports about store's condition.
- Check pertinent documents in the outlet.
- Work on documents and papers required by the government or lessors as needed.
- Work on tasks given by the management as needed.

Requirements
- Graduate of any four year course. Degree related in business or food and beverage is a plus.
- At least two years supervisory level experience.
- With good analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to travel in different areas.
- Willing to be assigned in another area as needed
