Executive Virtual Assistant to join a Hawaii based healthcare firm. As a VA, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Working schedule will be 3:00am to 11:00am (Manila Time)

- Proven experience as an Admin/Executive Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in understanding database concepts and writing basic SQL queries.
- Skilled in utilizing advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and vlookups.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Metabase or Tableau
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as GSuite, project management platforms, and communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace to work remotely
- Willing to work as an independent contractor
- With ready stable internet access, equipment and working space at home
- Willing to work night shift

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
