Virtual Assistant (WFH - Night Shift)


 

Executive Virtual Assistant to join a Hawaii based healthcare firm. As a VA, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Working schedule will be 3:00am to 11:00am (Manila Time)

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proven experience as an Admin/Executive Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in understanding database concepts and writing basic SQL queries.
  • Skilled in utilizing advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Metabase or Tableau
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as GSuite, project management platforms, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace to work remotely
  • Willing to work as an independent contractor
  • With ready stable internet access, equipment and working space at home
  • Willing to work night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
