GEMECO’s customers include: Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.

B to B Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leads, organizes, motivates sales department to form a dynamic team that can meet sales objectives and provide customer satisfaction
  • Plans, develops and executes sales strategies to nurture existing strong client base and expand into new market opportunities
  • Generates sales forecasts and analyzes sales statistics to determine monthly/ annual sales plan
  • Manages sales office admin, deliveries and collection
  • Provides regulas written reports on department performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or its equivalent
  • With 8 years of relevant management experience
  • With proven leadership skills (coaching and mentoring), team player
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Organized, trustworthy and with strong positive work ethics
  • Excellent writing skills
