Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Performs routine document management and other duties, under minimal supervision.
· Work requires some independent judgment of org standards.
· Responsible for maintaining records and documentation.
· Responsible in preparing various forms, and other documentation.
· Responsible in reviewing title documents thus must be proficient in data entry.
Qualifications:
· Must be college graduate.
· Able to multi-task.
· At least one year of experience in data entry.
· Flexible to take on other equivalent related activities.
· Able to use of standard personal computer programs such as word, excel, and other programs required
· Able to use office equipment necessary to fulfill work assignments.
· proficient in data entry
· Willing to work on weekends, Holidays and can do over time.
· Amenable to work for 3-6 months or possibly longer.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
