Qualifications:
- Must be Registered Nurse with Active license.
- With Hospital & Clinical background.
- Atleast 1-year BPO experience (but not essential).
- With internet wired connection (atleast 50MBPS).
- Amenable to work Onsite - McKinley Hill, Taguig City (Back to Office).
- Can start immediately.
Job Description:
- Performs UM reviews for inpatient and outpatient services according to the prescribed standards and client requirements and/or policies.
- Proper tagging of requisitions for preauthorization.
- Reviews UM requests for services against established clinical review criteria, referring cases not meeting criteria to a physician reviewer or prescribed escalation protocol.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information, policies, and procedures as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protocols.
