Customer Service Staff (Non-voice)


 

Major Responsibilities:

· Handling & Replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients.

· Preparing & Generating reports relating to customer’s queries.

· Researching into any games/match/event information & statistics.

· Recording customer’s queries or concerns into the systems;

· And all other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor/Head of Dept.

Qualifications/Knowledge and skills set:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent has an edge.
  • Excellent to communicate in other Asian languages and European languages is an advantage.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat and other online communication tools
  • Highly organized, self motivated and ability to work independently or with a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all other programming used for presentation and marketing
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to work on-site in Malugay Street, Makati City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
