LOOKING FOR FILIPINO or PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES
Position: Inventory Planner
Working Hours: M-F 9AM-5PM EST
Holidays: US & PH Regular Holidays
Salary: 1,000 - 1,200 USD
Duties / Responsibilities
- Analyze sales trends and historical data to forecast demand for products
- Order inventory from suppliers and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and other relevant documentation
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand
- Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to optimize business performance
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field
- Must have experience working with freight companies that handle "dangerous goods.”
- Experience with Flexport would be great too.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Planner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices, including forecasting demand, ordering inventory, and managing inventory levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Experience with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred
