Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Process batch deposits and reconcile them with corresponding transactions
- Enter bills, credit card charges, and checks into the accounting system
- Review accounts receivable (AR) and coordinate with the sales team for any discrepancies
- Reconcile suspense accounts and resolve outstanding items to maintain accurate financial balances

Requirements:
- at least 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or controller experience
- Keen understanding of accounting terms and processes
- ERP or accounting software experience

Full Time: 40 hour weeks (4 hour overlap with US hours and 4 hours flexible)
