Accounting Assistant


 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
  • Process batch deposits and reconcile them with corresponding transactions

  • Enter bills, credit card charges, and checks into the accounting system
  • Review accounts receivable (AR) and coordinate with the sales team for any discrepancies
  • Reconcile suspense accounts and resolve outstanding items to maintain accurate financial balances

Requirements:

  • at least 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or controller experience
  • Keen understanding of accounting terms and processes
  • ERP or accounting software experience
  • Alignment to company core values: customer-centric, dexterous execution, consistent reliability, growth driven

Full Time: 40 hour weeks (4 hour overlap with US hours and 4 hours flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
