We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Customer Success and Sales Person to join our team. This front-facing role requires exceptional English-speaking and writing skills, strong sales abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote team environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technology, possess amazing conversational skills, and have a professional virtual setup. They will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and summarizing requests before escalation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Utilize technology effectively to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the remote team to drive customer success initiatives and meet sales objectives.
- Maintain a professional virtual setup for customer interactions, presentations, and sales activities.
- Proactively follow up with clients and customers, exceeding their expectations.
- Handle incoming requests, summarize information, and perform initial screening.
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills
- Having a Positive and CAN DO Attitude towards the job.
- Comfortable and proficient with technology and virtual communication tools.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Excellent English-speaking and writing skills, with clear and concise articulation.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer success, sales, or related roles preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a remote team environment, demonstrating collaboration and adaptability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and build relationships.
- Must be self-managed about her deliverables.
- Professional phone manner and the ability to schedule appointments and follow-up.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focused on customer satisfaction.
- Master or Bachelor, preferably in Marketing, HR, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or Education.
- Must be detailed oriented - Managing and Leading9
- Must be ABLE to be available between 8AM to 12PM Pacific USA Time) with a High-speed internet connection, PC or Laptop, and an Internet and Power backup to make sure she is able to complete her tasks without any hurdles without any exceptions.
- Compensation: $400-500 per month depending on your qualification and skill set level.
- At least 6-7 years of experience as a Client facing online VA or EVA or AM Mandatory.
- Experience using AI tools as mentioned above.
