Responsibilities
- Prepares shipping documents
- Maintains and updates logistics records
- Communicates and negotiates with international forwarder and works closely with purchasing team to ensure efficient delivery of cargoes to warehouse.
- Handles Purchasing function from negotiation with suppliers
- Preparation of purchasing documents up to the delivery of the goods
- Works closely with logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of cargoes to Japan warehouse
- Maintains and updates Purchasing records and Complies with purchasing policies and purchase order preparation to payment
- Do Market studies for proposed Brands
- Search for best available prices in the market
- Make and Monitor Daily sales and revenues
- Search the Domestic Price of handled Brands
- Prepare initial cost of goods sold and production reports
- Processing orders via e-mail
- Identify, gather and enter product information from various sources that will be digitally uploaded to a structured product.
- Manages the Corporate Product Master, including entries and corrections for all manufactured product, purchased product and supply items. Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Qualifications
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree courses
- Fresh graduates is encourage to Apply for the position
- With good English communications and negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly on Excel
- Experience in supply chain, purchasing, and/or logistics operations
- Can work under minimum supervision and excellent time management
- Has keen attention to details and demonstrates analytical and creative thinking skills
- Works well under pressure
- Values teamwork, diversity, and integrity
- Knowledge in Japanese language is a plus

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
