Responsibilities:
- Oversees a group of professionals and motivates them to do their job efficiently.
- Can do actual coverage in different engineering and architectural trade such as quantity surveying, design and rendering.
- Can do administrative task such as people management, payroll scrubbing and team developmental plan.
- They provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate employee and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.
- Communicate with the client on timely manner with regards to updates and/or revisions

Qualifications:
- Skill requirement should fit for the position as TEAM LEAD.
- Degree in Architecture and/or Engineering
- Has experience in managing group on professional (e.g. engineer/s and architect)
- In-depth knowledge on different computer aided design and rendering software.
- Has experience in the different trade of construction industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
