Are you a born leader with efficient people skills that can handle remote team? If yes, then what are you waiting for? Spring Forward Family Centre is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager who will oversee the team, keep them motivated and drive to success while taking care of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong systems and processes
  • Ensure the highest performing team members are recruited
  • Ensure each team member is progressing professionally and operating to their best while meeting the company's targets and expectations
  • Solve problems and develop strategic plans for growing and developing the employee process to improve the business
  • Project manage current and new ideas to resolution and results
  • Ensure profitability of the clinical team, and all treating departments
  • Ensure effective and efficient running of the business
  • Manage employee on-boarding, employment and off-boarding
  • Ensure the company is compliant in all areas of OH&S as well as NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Medicare, and other relevant bodies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.
  • Work as a team member as well as independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with employees, and others encountered in the course of employment.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Sociology,
  • Psychology, Business Management/Leadership or related field and two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ Years prior experience working in a health-industry management role

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
