Qualifications:

  • At least a College Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service preferably in an Automotive Dealership

  • Has knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Must have a good communications and analytical skills
  • Excellent in customer service or customer handling
  • Ability to use the ERIC-Dealer Management System
  • Has an effective communication skills
  • Has initiative and is flexible to adjust if necessary
  • Can communicate to all types of customers
  • Must be available to come to office as early/late as needed
  • Flexible in any work assignments in the Reception Area
  • With high integrity
  • Has good attention to details

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend immediately and politely to customers upon entering and exiting the Service Reception Area.
  • Making sure that customers with appointments are handled by a Service Advisor on or before his scheduled appointment.
  • Equal distribution of incoming service customers to the Service Advisors.
  • Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discusses other relevant concerns.
  • Provide support to other frontliners in assisting their customers.
  • Perform other related duties as may be required.
  • Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Comply with his/her Section’s and Department’s approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
