The Role
- Consult with patients over the phone re: medical treatment and options
- Answer common questions in confidential, empathetic and professional manner
- Document and track consultation activities in client provided platform
- Create role-related SOP’s / process documentation to help systemize scaling of the role/department
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Requirements
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - will be patient facing w/ calls
- Must have 2+ years of experience in the healthcare/telehealth industry
- 1+ years of experience with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform is required.
- Medical backgrounds such as MA, NP, RN, PharmD, MD, or any other relevant medical qualifications are a must.
- Ability to thrive in a "peaks and valleys" environment - inquiries come fast and furious, followed by longer lulls in workload (staffing will be deployed accordingly)
- Experience in companies in hyper-growth stages is a plus
