We are looking for a Paid Meta Ads Specialist who will be responsible to upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Meta. Our Ads Specialist is able to iterate on creative and copy content for ads, monitor analytics and adjust, generate UTMs, perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, and many more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Meta
- Execute Google Paid Ads
- Iterate on creative and copy content for ads
- Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters
- Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Generate and track UTMs across campaigns
- Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results
- Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction
- Assist with the development of new ad channels
- Experienced with talking to clients and presenting.
- Build, monitor, and optimize (w/in parameters/guidelines) across social platforms:FB/IG and TikTok
- Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters, basic QA, etc.
The Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following:
- 2+ years of Meta ads experience
- 2+ years of social media ad buying experience is a must-have
- 1-2+ years of experience with Google Ads
- Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms
- Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
- Experience running affiliate-marketing-focused paid social ads
- Great written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work EST
Nice to Have:
- Notion or Asana experience for team admin and project tracking
- 1+ years of Paid Search ads platform experience – familiar with the process, ad role
- Google and/or FB certifications
- 1+ years of TikTok ad-building experience
- Experience with Google Data Studio (or similar data platform) is a nice-to-have
