Summary
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers of 2GO Express.
- Processing credit memos.
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably business related.
- Have earned at least one (1) year of work experience in billing or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies Requirements
- Exposure in the logistics industry/ volume tasks in a similar environment, a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- With strong attention to detail
