The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and responding to inquiries, questions, and reviews for both Amazon and Walmart customers. This role will provide support to our sellers on their customer service on a daily basis. This includes answering customer messages, responding to questions, and monitoring product reviews and seller feedback. The CS Specialist will work closely with the CS Lead to ensure we’re addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely manner - providing an excellent customer experience!
- Monitor and respond to Amazon and Walmart customer messages/inquiries
- Analyze and create a strategy from negative customer experience
- Request for removals of negative product reviews and seller feedback that are against Amazon or Walmart guidelines and policies
- Coordinate order refunds and replacements
- Serves as a communication hub between customers and sellers and vice versa
- Get resolutions on CS-related issues and concerns for Merchant and Amazon Fulfilled Orders.
- Get resolutions on CS-related issues and concerns for Seller and Walmart Fulfilled Orders.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon customer service in both Amazon and Merchant Fulfilled
- Amazon seller support experience is a plus!
- Walmart customer support experience is a plus!
- Fast learner and team player
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on a US schedule which is equivalent to graveyard shift and on weekends and PH holidays
- Work from home ready with - *complete devices and internet*
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Amazon and/or Walmart: 1 year (Required)
- Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM): 1 year (Preferred)
- Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA): 1 year (Preferred)
