Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology or equivalent.
- With a least 5 years working experience in related field is required for this position

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics to measure success in sourcing talents
- Evaluate recruiting efforts to continually improve the quantity and quality of talent brought into the organization
- Work with hiring managers to ensure familiarity with the recruitment process; while building an effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches to secure top talent
- Ensure that all employees are well oriented when it comes to Employee Handbook and other related company policies, rules and regulations.
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices
- Receive, evaluate and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Oversee, review and advise on employee grievance and disciplinary processes
- Respond to, manage and resolve conflict
- Oversee employee consultations
- Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
- Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, and all existing labor rules and regulations.
- Handle other HR-related duties and responsibilities, as may be required.

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
