- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With at least 1 year experience on the following;
- Payroll handling, monitoring of employees, recruitment of employees
- Orientating of new employees and training the existing employees
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
