We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon Account Manager to work with our team. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our partners’ presence on the Amazon platform. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase visibility of our products on Amazon, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships by being a trusted account advisor by analyzing the clients’ needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Manage and maintain our clients’ presence on the Amazon platform, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and Amazon Advertising
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase visibility of our partner brand products and sales results on Amazon
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic metrics, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize product listings
  • Implement effective advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and display ads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account representatives and utilize their resources to maximize our success on the platform
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for improved search rankings and conversion rates
  • Communicate clearly with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, key metrics, and competitor analysis to share with stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and competitor activities to adapt our strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or in a similar role with a strong track record of driving sales and growth on the Amazon platform while delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console, including understanding of best practices and optimization techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence partners to drive their business growth
  • Familiarity with Amazon policies, guidelines, and marketplace trends
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data analysis

Pay: Php27,559.00 - Php55,119.00 per month
